World Mental Health Day is on Saturday 10th October.
We all have mental health and it’s just as important as our physical health. Mental health problems range from worries that we may experience as part of our everyday life, to serious long term conditions.
It’s so important that we look after our personal wellbeing and also support each other even more so now during the current pandemic.
Parents and carers, if you would like emotional support or advice, please book in for a ‘Tea and Talk’ appointment. The available time slots currently are Mondays and Wednesdays from 1:30pm to 2:30pm. Call 01274 362050 and ask for Miss Handley.
