Sixth Form Admissions

To apply for Oasis Academy Lister Park Sixth Form, please take a look our course list and complete the application form electronically.

Please email all completed application forms to the academy, clearly marked 'Sixth Form Admission Application' to neharun.aziz@oasislisterpark.org (please ensure that you save a copy of your completed application form before sending it), alternatively you can print off a hard copy and return the application form to the Oasis Academy Lister Park main reception.

Application Eligibility

Before you apply to study with us, please check that you have the appropriate grades for the courses you are wishing to partake in. Basic Post 16 entry requirements are:

• A1 or A2 Overall Attitude Grade in at least 4 assessments
• At least 95% attendance
• Grade 4 or above in Maths and English for Level 3 courses
• Head of Year and Tutor reference
